The client was a true partner—contributing specific ideas (including a thumbnail sketch) and some color suggestions. The simple design brief helped establish core visual and design principals: a delicate butterfly (“mariposa” in Spanish) floats toward a tall mountain peak, suggesting the mental wellness and life change a person could achieve through counseling. The colorful butterfly contrasts starkly with the granite-colored mountain range.
